If, at any time during the 10 week trial period, Employer requests a replacement nanny, and Employer is current on all fees and charges, Employer will be entitled to one (1) repeat search for another nanny candidate at no additional charge.
If Employer requests a replacement nanny after the ten (10) week trial period ends and within the first six months of nanny start date, Employer will be charged 50% of the Agencies current placement fee.
If a replacement is requested after the nanny has been in service with Employer for six (6) months, the Agencies then current full placement fee shall apply.
Employer understands that, as an agency, we will only place nannies in good working environments. Any claims made by any nanny of an unhealthy, abusive or improper work environment will be investigated by The Agency. Based on our findings, we reserve the right to withhold our guarantee of a replacement nanny in cases of poor working conditions.
